1/ ACCOUNTING CONSULTING:– With respect to matters arising by the reason of the Law on Accounting such as financial statements, chief accountants, accounting documents, bookkeeping e.t.c.– Recording transactions into the accounting software system in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations– Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports– Preparing financial and managerial reports in accordance with management requirements of the clients– Consulting, supporting cash flow forecasting, preparing reports on debt, inventory, projects, production costs e.t.c.– Organizing documents, invoices, bank statements logically and scientifically and handing over them clearly– Printing, organizing and storing accounting documents for easy tracking– Archiving soft files of related bookingkeeping for quick and easy access when required2/ TAX CONSULTING:– Tax consulting and tax planning for businesses– Consulting on implementing processes and controlling to manage your business tax risks– Preparing tax declarations for clients on a monthly and quarterly basis– Preparing and submitting annual tax finalization declarations– Helping businesses optimize their tax expenses– Acting on behalf of business to deal with tax authorities when required3/ REVIEWING ACCOUNTING RECORDS – TAX DOCUMENTS:– Checking the prepared financial statements; making adjustments, presentations and restatement of financial statements to correct material misstatement found during the audit– Checking the submitted tax finalization dossiers, the declaration of tax paid– Completing accounting records and vouchers to ensure compliance with the Law on Accounting, Tax Law, Law on Enterprises and other specialized areas of laws.– Consulting on legal risk management, business risks and discussing solutions for settlement 4/ CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ASSOCIATED TRANSACTIONS– Consulting on associated transactions and related legal documents– Preparing reports on associated transactions in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration and the Decrees guiding regulations on associated transactions.– Preparing the declaration and annexes to declare associated transactions of business– Supporting and coordinating with the Business to provide an explanation for the auditing agency on such associated transactions
