We need advice on building a Clean Hub business model: membership packages, home cleaning service operation procedures, sales and upsell processes for cleaning products, KPI development, recruitment and training processes, and customer experience.
Other Requirements:
Priority will be given to experts/agencies with experience in the in-home service model.
Experienced with subscription/membership models + selling FMCG products alongside subscriptions.
Coaching can be done in stages (0–6 months, 6–12 months).
